  : Apartament was clean and well equiped. The location was great in the middle of Alfama where you could feel the atmosphere of Lisbon. Local restaurants with delivious food just few steps away. Close to many city attractions by walking distance as well to train station and metro.
  : The bathroom was very small. I do not reccomend it for tall or big people because they will not be able to fit in. I mean toilet - you have to put legs on side otherwise you would touch the wall. I am slim person so I menaged it but I think it is essential information to know for others.

  : Great location, okay amenities, clean enough and nice of them to hold our luggage on our last day while we waited for the bus
  : Having to commute 4km each way to get the suite key. They should have a lock box onsite, or a digital code that unlocks the door. Having to take a cab or subway to grab the door keys is a pretty big pain.

  : location of the accommodation was good: easy accessible with public transportation, public transportation within walking distance (also for 5 year old)
  : 1. hygiene (poor cleaning) of the appartment: mouse dropping in bathroom, fungal growth in bathroom, dirt marks of previous rentees visible (drinking cup circles on table), dust/dirt on the floor. Our 5 year old daughter cried when she had to take her shower there. 2. room facilities: no kitchen towels and soap available to do dishes, batteries in remote control of television not functioning, not enough toilet paper to cover full stay (normal use!), no toilet cleaning liquid available (bought ourselves), kitchen stove/air suction unit visibly not well functioning (we did not dare to use it) 3. general state: heavy leak through sealing wetting the bed and floor around the bed. Upon arrival in the room matress was slightly wet so we flipped the matrass. So, seemed not to be new to them this problem. Eventually we were moved to other appartment: leak of shower cabin wetting beautiful wooden floor, leak of sink tap in bathroom. 4. service: poor. we received a business card with telephone number upon check-in with the message that we could call should there be something. When we called at 1:30 am to call in the leakage from sealing (water cascade really) to notify nobody picked-up the phone. Ok, understandable, seen the hour. When we called at 9.30 in the morning we were told not to call before 10 am. After 10 am we called back again and received the message that maintenance team was on its way. Without time given. Informed them we left the appartment after waiting 1 full hour and they could enter and if they could be so kind to inform us of the intervention made. By 5pm that day still no information so we called back again ourselves and after few attempts they concluded that there was indeed a heavy leak but had not yet any solution to offer to us. So after a few phone calls by us to find out more and insisting on an alternative they proposed us to stay in another vacant appartment. In general, the service is poor, not customer minded, not proactive.
