: good part: its a independent apartment.
: 1. the microwave is broken.2. showing pip is broken.3. no air conditioner.4. only 2 small fans working weakly.5. hair dryer is broken, the electric wire is cut! very dangerous to use.6. the staffs said they can repair the show pip but they do nothing until we leave.7. the metal of the kitchen balcony is unconnected, dangerous to stay at the balcony.8. the floor in front the door is not even flat!

: Overall the stay was good. The apartment is located right in the center of Alfama, which is a bonus, right next to a beautiful church and surrounded by very good restaurants and bars. Certainly a residential and touristy area at the same time, but very quiet. The apartment itself, is old but with a very charming touch. Comfortable beds, and functional appliances. This flat is perfect for 2 couples.
: This accommodation is located on the second floor of an old building. The stairs leading to the flat are very narrow, old and the handrail is not secure which does not offer any safety. We had a lot of difficulties carrying our luggage up and down the stairs of the property. We do not recommend this for people with children, elderly or mobility disabilities.

: the properties stairs are quite narrow and steep, this location would not be suitable for people with mobility issues

: the neighbours of the building is harmful they tried to hit us on our stay time with steel stick and they are second floor neighbour old couple
