Beautiful Spacious 2-Bed Apartment in Bairro Alto Sleeps 6

  : location was great
  : I filled SO many forms and practically gave them my social security number before i was allowed to book this flat. I also prepaid for it before i even got there so was not expecting the horrible service.I was not informed that the key for check in was in a shop that closes at 10 pm. I had a flight delay and informed the managing service i would get there at 11 pm only to be faced with a closed shop and no keys in the middle of the night. I had to call and practically beg the shopkeeper to come back to give me the keys. The shopkeeper told me the shop closed at 10 pm and he was having his dinner so i would have to wait 30-45 minutes. I called the managing service houst who told me they could not really help in any other way since the shopkeeper said he would eventually come. I was alone in a strange city and had to beg for keys for an apartment i had prepaid a hefty sum for. Now about this overpriced apartment:-the lobby and hallways smell like urine. -the door of the apartment is SO difficult to unlock and only ONE of us could do it (and management knows it and has done nothing about it since they mention it on the check in notes)-We couldnt sleep at night with the windows open due to the screams and singing of the crowds downstairs till about 5-6 am-we couldnt sleep with the windows closed because it got too hot-ran out of toilet paper on day 2 and ofcourse wouldnt dare to dream more would be provided-definition of overpriced with terrible service.
