  : You should be able to check in at 4pm. But! Only at 4 pm you could keep the keys, than take a taxy, drive 20 min to the property and then at 4.45 pm we realized that property is not clean after previous guests. We managed to take a shower only at 6pm!!! Of course all our planes were ruined. At the property there is no tea, coffe of even fairy to clean the dishes. Dishwasher wasn't working, so it was impossible to clean the plates. Toilet paper was not enough for 2 days and we needed to buy extra. This is so crazy when you rent a flat for 2 days to see Lisbon, and at the evening you need to remember to buy toilet paper!!!! The property is on the ground flor, so if you open the window at night, you will hear every step outside. And there is no air conditioner, so when you close the window it is too hot. So it was the terriblies stay ever!

  : Location was great near restaurants at a quiet neighborhood, but also close to all touristic attractions in Belem.
  : We were a group of 6 people. we did not like: 1. Rooms are very small - little to no space to keep luggage. 2. Property's power infrastructure is very poor. In a cold day, the infrastructure does not hold one heater + shower at the same time. You cannot turn on two high power consuming devices at the same time without tripping the electricity. You have to come out of the shower to flip the switches at the door to be able to go back to a warm shower (of course after turning off the heater). Therefore, this property is not good at all for bigger groups - specially during the winter. 3. The property provided one gas heater and two electrical heaters. One of which was broken and was not replaced. My family rented the hostel beside the location to have a comfortable night. 4. Towels and beds are only replaced once per week. If you need extra towels, you need to bring them by yourself. 5. There is quite a noise from cars when they pass by. It is a quiet neighborhood, but when cars pass by, noise easily enters the place. If you have light sleep, you will feel uncomfortable.

  : Everything, we arrived and the property was extremely dirty. Used beds, pile of used towels, the bins were full, floor was dirty. It smelt badly. I was extremely disappointed with the bad costumer service.The cleaners arrived at 17:00 and we had to sit there and watch them clean as well as smelling the heavy smell of bleach. lady Rafaela was rude on the phone, was not sympathetic whatsoever. I do not recommend

  : Overnight parking is relatively easy.
  : First of all make sure to understand keys' pick up location is ~20 min drive from the property itself. We got to know this only after booking was already done and we could not really change anything. Further, representative immediately started pinging me on WhatsApp to make sure I will arive within a certain timeframe. When I tried to confirm that the (free) check-in time is before 22:00, the answer was "NO!" so you need to report when you will arrive and this can't be easily changed. This itself was actually annoying when you're on vacation! Next, the apartment literally falls apart: dishwasher broken, all is very worn out: see pics to get the idea. We reported a couple of issues to the owner, but as we were told, the other colleague was responsible for checking us in, so nothing was ever resolved.

  : Please make sure that kitchen has more things as plates cooking equipments wine glasses cups etc Overall place was good good location but missing stuff as rubbish bags or even washing powder or even washing liquid for dishes I came to Lisbon only for a few days and needed to buy all of it to clean plates or wash some clothes300 euros for 5 nights was expensive and in this price should be included those small things
