  : The street in front is very busy with loud traffic thruout the night, this was disturbing.

  : It was a clean appartement with great airconditioning! The place was nicely decorated and there is a modern kitchen.
  : There were no explanations on how to use the modern kitchen appliances. And you can hear everything that happens in the building and outside. So you might want to bring earplugs.

  : Nicely decorated apartment with a nice terrace.Easy check in with automated locks.
  : Unfortunately the stay in this apartment was the worst I ever had in any apartment.I booked it for 4 nights and I was so dissatisfied that I left after the 1st night.Starting with lack of proper cleaning, spotted multiple cockroaches and other signs of lack of cleaning, bad odours near the toilet.The above was a deal breaker.When I talked to the staff about it they became extremely defensive, but after they sent a pest terminator to the apartment they agreed to give me back half of what I paid. Even though they agreed to reimbursement me until the day of this review Ive received nothing from them, other than promises that they will call me back, after Ive called them multiple times. More than 3 weeks after I left the apartment, and multiple calls nothing has happened.On top of the above, there was for me a big issue with noise.The apartment rooms are extremely close to a busy road that was a trem-train, (elctrico), it shakes the room when it passes.I think its not possible to sleep properly in those rooms because of all the noise.

  : The location worked for what we needed. The Kitchen and the furniture looks modern. Cost effective but honestly not worth it.
  : -They sent us paragraphs of rules some including noise control on the day of the check in. Such strict rules should be communicated beforehand.-After receiving these rules and being uncomfortably careful, the neighbors have woken us by arguing in the hallway. The woman across was incredibly rude when we nicely asked if she can tone it down a little.- The walls are so thin that every time a car passes you hear it from bed and bigger cars can wake you up.- There was 2 live cockroaches in the sink!!- With our permission people have come to check some stuff. They left the place messy and dirty.- The place didnt feel clean in the first place either.- The bed and pillows wasnt comfortable in our opinion.Most of this stuff can be improved but currently not fit for purpose.

  : The decor was great and very clean - very efficient system of getting in and out.
  : The location is terrible. This is a ground floor apartment with the bedrooms being right by a very busy road that will keep you up all night unless youre a deep sleeper or have good quality ear plugs. The landlords had a whole list of ridiculous rules which I found ironic as most of them consisted of keeping noise to a minimum. The apartment is right by the main door which slams when people come in and out. Its a shame I gave a low rating but couldnt handle the noise.
