  : Close to centre, good size apartment, clean, good value for money. Delicious continental breakfast delivered in the morning.
  : It would need tlc especially bathrooms. The neibourhood doesn't feel safe, should not walk alone.

  : The shower had a small issue, the water was draining too slow. Also, the location is very close to a not so nice area (fully of immigrants, garbage and bad smell)

  : Very nice flat near the Castelo. Comfortable, good beds & linen. Nice pillows. Great local cafeteria right across to have breakfast. 2min walk from great Nepali dinner place.

  : The location was great.The apartment decor was nice and everything was clean.There was a lift available which was great Beds were comfortable.
  : The booking process was terrible.I had booked for myself and three others. Booking.com deducted the payment when agreed. A few days before arriving at the property I received a message to a link requesting a ridiculous amount of information about each person and also wanting each one of us to sign that the information was correct. I did have all this information, nor was I able to immediately reach the others as they in transit.I have never experienced this check-in 'overkill' before.They also wanted the govt tax, I could not process this on my card, reasons unknown and offered to pay in cash as I was in Lisbon. No that did not suit them as there was no one available. Everything had to be done online.They refused to give the access codes until all individuals info was received and also the 24.This is very poor service There were no tea towels, no fry pan, no wine glasses, insufficient hangers...everything felt like the bare minimum was being supplied.

  : Nothing.
  : Thanks to an errant restaurant running in the building, we had smoke (and then fire brigade) come. No support from the management. And then the whole place smelled of meat and bbq for the next two days. The smoke was terrible and everywhere. We had to keep the windows open and sleep in the cold. On top of it the street feels loud and unsafe. Would not recommend this to anyone and does not justify a cent of the money we paid for it. The property management is manipulative and absolutely unhelpful.

  : It is a nice, clean, bright flat located in the nice neighbourhood. The only problem we had is parking, especially if you come with a van with four cellos in it...

  : In a very bad location. All equipment was not in the apartment and had to be asked for. Beds were not comfortable and place needs updating
