  : Good: The apartment itself was centrally located on a cat friendly street, the place was easy to access and situated on a road that required a pass to enter, so traffic noise was diminished. The new windows and doors did kept the rest of the ambient noise to a minimum.
  : Bad: Check in was more cumbersome than needed, with our arrival being much later (after midnight) than anticipated and having acquire the door codes through email on the plane, since we would be without access to the internet on our phones the next day. Once in the apartment it was cozy but lacking the charm of the historical area, dual HVAC units brought the temperature down to a comfortable level quickly but with one condition. The living room HVAC was disturbingly noisy, to the point of being disruptive, after a long journey. The unit itself finally stopped making noise after a couple hours of being shut off. The next day we walked down to their other location to settle the bill and inform them of the noise, but our host was busy and asked us to return later. Which we did much later that evening, when the issue was brought up, it was noted and their solution was to shut the power off to the apartment when we went to sleep. I believed that was not a proper solution and took it up myself to open the filter access. After doing so was greeted by a neglected clogged filter that had obviously not been cleaned in some time, I removed the filters, cleaned both (also cleaned the drain the in the shower) and reinstalled. The noise did subside for a while, which was enough time to fall asleep and have a complete nights rest. The matter was brought to their attention at that time and as of now, they are still looking into it.

  : - less suitable for more than 2 people : folding sofa is too short, not confortable- linen for 3rd person were missing

  : Location is nice, staffs are great , apartment is clean and comfortable. Self checked- in is not a bad idea.Over all we stayed good and comfy
  : I hope there's a shuttle that will fetch clients in some particular place in town that is easy to reach to bring towards the apartment. We spent a little bit looking for the hotel using the Google map...
