: 1. The host was not reliable and very difficult to reach. 2. They never provided the address number of the building. Very difficult for uber to find. 3. Took us close to an hour before we can connect and know where to go, upon arrival to Lisbon. 4. Once you have them on the phone, they were not very friendly. Customer service is not a priority. 5. One night, the power is out, and we were told that there is nothing that they can do as the office has closed for the day. They also said that if there were to send someone to look into why the apartment has no power, they would charge us for the cost of sending someone there. Very rude and was not concerned about our safety. 6. last, NO WIFI. if you need wifi, don't stay at this place. Find some place else. 7. I would NOT recommend this place. Find another apartment and another host.

: Excellent location. Big space.
: Kitchen equipment is not good. The kettle put down an electricity in the flat (a fuse jumped) and was replaced in a day. The coffee machine did not work and was not replaced. There were not even garbage bags (asked for, was not supplied). The staircase was stinky. Second bedroom are noisy: you can hear every step from the stairs and AC roars from the window. A sink in the bathroom needs clearing. Illumination of the flat is close to terrible.

: 1. there was no internet and TV. despite contacting the office multiple times since day 1, we were finally told on day 3 that the reason we didnt have internet was because the owner forgot to pay for it! we especially needed the internet for a remote telemedicine Covid testing on day 4 to return to the US but the internet never worked! 2. key pickup and registration have to be done at the office which is far from the apartment. not a problem for us as we had a driver, however wouldnt recommend if you arrive by Uber or public transportation.3. the shower was clogged and we had to fish out a big clump of hair day 1
