  : The location is excellent. Shopping street is close for around 5 mins by walk. The reception staff is helpful.
  : I request the fan when I booked the suite. When I stayed there, it was so hot during the day. If I opened the window, there were lots of mosquitos. I couldn't sleep. You need to come to the reception (10mins by uber) to pick up the keys. I had lots of luggage. The suite was in the third or fourth floor. This is old building so it didn't have an elevator.

  : The location was excellent.
  : The bathroom had crumbling plaster where the shower leaked. The bed was very flimsy, it collapsed on the first night, and we had to repair it twice during the week. The kitchen equipment was basic having only two small mugs and no wine glasses at all.

  : you have to travel 4 km to collect keythe provided equipment poor eg no corkscrew in a country where all the wine is corked, no tin opener you could not cook a meal with provided equipment my deposit of 250 euro not yet returned the freezer full of mould only 3 cups provided fir 4 persons

  : * 250 deposit. the entire contents of the apartment is worth less than 100. it was old and bad. shame for the depot. I don't understand the meening of it!* the service is bad!!! you have to collect the keys of the apartment 4 km away. before you can enter the apartment.* bad communication and not flexibility at all* the apartment is very noisy.

  : The managers of this apartment were totally incompetent, the apartment was very dirty and offered no service. the keys was very complicated.
  : Arrived in the center of Lisbon at around 19:00, we followed the instructions that the managers of the structure had written to us on Booking, that is, that we would have to collect the keys of the apartment at their office, therefore at 19:30 we we showed up in front of their office and, in spite of ourselves, we discovered that the office was closed! So on the phone they explained to us that we had to go directly to the apartment and one of their representatives would give us the keys to enter (the apartment was more than 30 minutes from the apartment by public transport). At about 20:00 we arrived in front of our apartment and on the phone we were told that their employee was busy with another check-in and that he would arrive within a quarter of an hour. At 9:30 pm a guy arrived aboard a scooter, who showed up without even apologizing and made us go up to the apartment (now comes the best), that incompetent person in addition to never having apologized to us for the delay, also had the nerve to charge us an extra 15 Euros for check-in after 21.00. I do not file a complaint to this incompetent agency because I am a gentleman ... In any case the rest of our stay was a nightmare, the apartment was very dirty and did not offer any service ... if I could put zero I would have gladly done it !

  : The apartment was okay and the location was great.
  : Homing representatives don't meet you at the apartment, rather you have to pick up the keys a few kilometres away and then navigate your way to the apartment. No meet and greet or induction to the property is provided by Homing The Homing website doesn't state that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift The ground floor entry is dark and dirty like a rubbish room The cleaner was still working when I arrived Sofa not cleaned, lounge chair is filthy and light switches are grimy Wifi never worked for the entire time. I contacted Homing 5 times regarding the issue and never received a reply No dishwashing detergent, scrubbers, dish cloths or paper towels provided Very limited utensils available. Not suitable for stays of more than a couple of days One door handle falling off continuously The glass shower partition is downright dangerous No individual protection kit was provided even the Homing website states so Guests are not allowed to deposit toilet paper in the toilet, so where does it go (not told by Homing) and there is no bidet

  : Bright and large and comfortable living room. I love the location though that is a personal choice as I don't want to stay in Chiado or Baixa etc. They were nice to let me collect keys early after my 6AM arrival.
  : Killed 2 cockroaches in fridge and one woke my buddy in his bed. Lots of stairs may be tough on some people. They gave me the wrong wifi code which became very awkward and a frantic hassle as I had no SIM yet and had to advise my friends on their arrival. Place is an old reno and needs bit of a refresh.

  : The apartment is in a very good location, close to the metro station and very close to many tourist areas.It's very spacious and comfortable for 4 people.The person who checked us in was very kind to wait for us as our arrival at the airport was delayed and our late check-in time was even later.
  : There was no wifi (network given at check-in didn't exist) and after check-in nobody answered our emails or text messages regarding this. No other contact information other than messages through booking app which weren't answered.Even though the apartment had basic kitchen/bathroom elements, there was no detergent, kitchen towels, toilet paper or soap, which are usually given in this type of accommodation. Only towels were provided.
