: location was fantastic! apartment is spacious. close to all amenities! the view from our balcony overlooking the Tejo River was priceless. The beds were comfortable as we were travelling with friends it was great to have two bathrooms and doors to block off any noise to provide that extra privacy!
: picking up the key across town is inconvenient, it should be better planned out. Anyone can pay the deposit fee online these days. You should have it set up in a locked box with a combination to get access to the keys. The reception house do not answer your texts and it took ONE WEEK to get my deposit back after going to booking.com customer service after a few days on the daily!

: The flat is very spacious, everything worked. The beds were comfortable. Metro station is around 10 minutes walk. There is a big shopping center also around 10 min walk.There are a few shops very close to the flat. Around there is a big choice of different bars and restaurants.
: There were no cleaning towls for the kitchen, we had to buy it ourselves. Also, it would be nice if the kitchen offered some basic simple products, such as sugar, salt, and paper, it doesn't cost a lot, but guests would appreciate it. Our stay was at the end of April and it was very warm inside, we slept with the opened window. But if it's noisy outside (the street with parking space is next to the house), it can be difficult to sleep. But in general, the flat is good, would go there again.

: Place was clean, close to amenities and public transport.
: I had to collect the key on another location, far from the booked place. I was with baggage and need to take 2 Ubers to get at the apartment.Also, I did not receive the correct orientation on how to use the code to access the building. Some kids that were playing help me to use the code properly.After my stay I sent a whatsapp message asking for an invoice and I did not get it until today.

: Accommodation close to conference center.
: Waited over an hour and a half for someone to show up to let us in, even though we had called ahead of time. Message was forwarded to peron in charge half an hour after we had called. Shutters broken - Wasn't able to pull them up or down in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen door fully broken. Worst of all, no hot water. Tried to contact company to ask how to get hot water - no answer.
