: This accommodation has the feel of a hotel apartment. Excellent view from 13th floor. Simple decor but that's all you need. Felt as its been visited by many guests over the years. Nice modern building with good and spacious lifts. Friendly security staff on the ground floor. Sufficient private underground parking space for a big car although not one higher than 2 metres. Lots of nice river walks and food options nearby.
: Check-in info was not so clear and in the short and slow replies from hosting company we were just prompted to call to arrange collection of keys etc. This made things a bit convoluted, when you're on the move making calls is not so convenient! It was a last minute booking and we didn't realise there was a deposit to pay upon check-in. In consequence this makes check-out long winded and again you are prompted to call to arrange a time someone from Homing will come to inspect the property and give you your deposit back. So you have to know and plan in advance for what time you're going to leave the apartment. Otherwise small details only to mention in terms of the apartment itself like blinds not working properly in the bedrooms and very little soap provided and empty first aid box. A bit of traffic noise from the busy road below.

: After booked the hotel, I got informed that I have to pay 30 Euros as late check in cash. After check out I called the Hotel und wrote several mails, it was not possible to get an invoice, no service at all. So disappointed for the service and 30 Euros for late check in in Lisbon, in cash by check in. Never, never....by the way, the location is fine.

: hosts came later than agreed on the phone, had to wait 1h+
: electrical sockets in main bedroom were not working so we could not use the bedside lamps nor charge any device .The note about throwing the garbage is misleading. Parquet is damaged in some areas.

: The location is amazing and the apartment excellent.
: Check-in and check-out process is not easy or secure. You are asked to pay a caution upon check-in which is not done on an adequate way.Not easy to communicate with the team, with multiple calls required to be able to reach the hosts.
