: the apartment is located in one of the best areas of Lisbon, restaurants, and historical attractions are all around. easy to jump into tram 28 and go. Same with tuk tuk. The apartment is in a quiet area although in the middle of Graca neibourhood, so the sleeping is good and it is a pleasure to staying home to appreciate it. The apartment is well furnished, cool and you can appreciate both the sunrise and sunset since it faces both sides i was also allowed by property for a later checkout (obrigado!) i would go back in the next occasion. i do recommend.
: During our staying there was a problem with the toilet: the sewage system should require intervention. There was a bad smell coming from there. Not sure whether is the toilet itself or an issue related to the building sewage pipes. I anyway informed the property and they promised to take action. Please also the toilet brush should be replaced, it is old. I would also change the sofa into the living room to make that room perfect :)

: The location is great for amenities with a coffee shop and supermarket about 2 mins away if that. View is spectacular and the balcony is a great asset. The overall apartment is very large, modern with plenty of space. There’s a convenient lift too. There’s a nice viewpoint at the end of the street and with the good value for money there’s not much too fault. Staff are friendly and reachable. We had to check in quite late and it was not an issue.
: - there’s a strong sulphur smell in the bathroom which is worse after use - if this was sorted place would be perfect.

: Location is excellent. Real Panoramic view. Maria, the caretaker, very friendly and helpful. Complimentary wine bottle. Great place to stay.
: The thermostat of hot water geyser needs some kind of adjustment. There should be a wardrobe in one one of the bedroom. Also a mirror.
