: if it was presented an appartement with five bedrooms and no elevator, I didnt choose it. It should be shown the exact details. Washing machine is not working. Is the water turned off, are the pipes rusted, or are you not allowed to use it? I washed inside of hot water kettle, but it has not been cared for, so the water is dirty and yellow, and rubbish floats out of it . The stove is broken. although it appears to be well equipped, it only seeming, so this does not make for a comfortable stay! Don't be fooled by the pictures.

: The price was ok and the location, close to the metro station.
: First of all the lack of comunication, the sink from the main bathroom was leaking pretty bad, the Water from the shower stays inside few minutes until it goes in the sewer( in both bathrooms)When I called them they promised the second day they will fix it, but nobody came in 3 days , didnt answer on phone!Another issue was the cold but we had a few heaters!

: Location is nice, close to 2 metro stops. Just a few stops away from the city center and you can reach the airport by metro.
: The street was a bit noisy at night - garbage trucks and cars. The windows didn't have good sound insulation. However it wasn't so bad and we still slept great. The apartment is very big, great kitchen, bathrooms and so on.

: - the furniture in the living room is all stained and looks quite disgusting - really bad pillows - one of the rooms doesn't have a single outlet - one of the bathrooms is attached to the bedroom (which might get weird) - wifi doesn't work well in some of the bedrooms - when we arrived more than an hour after the check-in time, there were still cleaning ladies and the flat wasn't ready for another half an hour

: A huge apartment, space for the entire family. Good location, beautifully decorated.
: When we got the keys, the staff didn't allow my 3 year old boy to use the toilet. Also, when we arrived at the apartment, there were people cleaning the place. There is room for improvement, guys! :)
