  : The location was very central and good.
  : Unfortunately the apartment was moldy, dirty, and needed a lot of maintenance. The hair dryer didnt work, one heater was faulty, locks on the doors werent functioning well, doors were warped and the sofas stained. So much mold that I didnt even shower.

  : The location was perfect. Everything is within a 10-minute walk. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and the shopping is pretty good.
  : The apartment is dated with lots of mold in the bathroom. The pictures shown in the listing are old and don't show any of that. The couch is also old as is the bedding in the bedrooms. There was mold on the curtains and stains on the bed covers along with a bloody pillow which they tried to cover with a white pillow cover. The apartment itself didn't feel clean. There were only 4 towels for 4 people available for an entire week. We asked for more and were eventually delivered a couple of days later. There were barely any toiletries to last the first day. Be ready to purchase everything in the kitchen as there was no coffee, garbage bags, dish washer detergent, or staples like salt & pepper.

  : Very well-sized property at the centre of Lisbon which makes it very convenient for tourists. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathroom. Theres a balcony for smokers with nice view.
  : Late check in can be a problem, as well as the processing with the deposit and council tax its very much of a pain. Towels are very old with marks all over even if they are clean they down look like.

  : extremely hot- my mistake to not notice that there is no AC in the Ad, but the flat is extremely hot, and as the street is super noisy you cant keep windows open.

  : the location is perfect. It only takes 5-15 mins walk to most attractions. it was very easy to find the apartment following the instructions. there's a lift on the 1st floor. From airport to the apartment is only 25-30 mins ride. the apartment is clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is considerably quiet although it's right next to the restaurants.
  : it's an old apartment that needs upgrading. The toilet is a bit smelly because its an old building in the center of Lisbon. The shower door doesn't shut properly, one of the taps is loose. the bedroom door one side is broken, I had to go through the other door to open it. the bin and hair dryer both need to be replaced. the lift doesnt work if other people don't close the lift door properly, I had to walk to the other floor to shut the door then use the lift. they should put a reminder there to remind people to be mindful.
