  : The orange juice was nice.
  : It was very noisy, the walls are very very thin.. Bad location.. we booked the apartman in alfama and they "upgrade" us over here 30mins walk from the central .. We had 2 weeks over there,and for 1 week nobody came even to take the rubbish out .. Anyhow somebody came after 5 day to put 1 set of towels, but not to clean .. No showergel ect.. One of the day we could'nt enter to our room and no one picked up the phone . So if the maid is not there to open the door we stuck outside God knows how long. .. They just changed the code, but did not informed us. (this time we could ask what is happened because nobody came to clean.. They said they are not allowed to enter if we are not home.. So we got upset.. If you are not allowed to enter how could you put the towels on the sofa..??? They got this information they can put in towels but not to clean.. Are you kidding with me??! So can enter you can put towels in the room without us but you are not able to clean.. This was the moment when we wanted to cancel our stay here, buuuut nobody answered on the phone again.. Poor service.. ) Almost forget there is an intercontinental breakfast

  : This is a great property. The checkin process was a little bit tricky as we had to self checkin and our passport wouldn’t scan and we were not able to skype call until someone took control over.
  : The only thing I did not like is they charge 4 euros extra. If they would charge that upfront that would’ve been great

  : nice compact modern apartment, large bathroom.
  : The check in via computer in the hallway. Passport scanner did not work it took us long time to register. This is not an easy procedure for older people who are not handy with touch screen etc.

  : Is a very good location close to the train station.
  : I booked for four people but but it actually suitable for 2 person. They describe one bed for two person and one sofa bed for 2 person but in reality, it’s a single sofa and too tiny.There is a coffee machine but no sugar or coffee has been provided.

  : They need to fix the bathroom door, not bulbs in the apto. It is cold, we don't have blankets.
