  : Good location. Room is clean .Response for enquiries was quick and helpful.
  : 2 of the lockers (no. 5 and 6) for luggage storage are not working, after we inserted the $2 coins each. When we called the staff for help, he said he couldn't help and asked us to sort it out ourselves.Parking is tricky there even taxi not supposed to stop in front of the building.

  : Great location with plenty of options around the area. In terms of transportation, one could easily walk downtown or take public transportation. Also, there is a taxi stand around the corner from the place.
  : At times, the noise from the street.

  : It was clean and the cleaning staff were very good and friendly.
  : There was no view at all, our unit had two windows that opened onto a building next door and they were so close that I could hear the residents in that block. We felt very closed in and you opened the windows the smell from the void between the two buildings was terrible. The virtual reception is horrible because when I had a problem and called the receptionist he was very rude and not helpful at all. When I told him that he was not really assisting me he put the phone down and would not answer when I dialled back.

  : It was very clean and although it was not in a central location, it was very easy to access public transport. There were also many restautants nearby
  : Our window view opened directly to the next apartments so we couldn't open the curtains throughout our stay

  : Location was good except for the construction diagonally across the street. Th apartment was good quality, dishwasher washing machine and fridge. Comfortable bed.
  : The check in was very frustrating, the check in computerised system was tough, especially when you have arrived from overseas, and the staff werent available to come and help. Eventually we saw someone to assist us, but noticed how difficult it was for other newcomers, so we stopped to assist them, so they could have a easier transition.It would have been nice to have coffee, milk and other condiments. We were 3 guests. There was only 3 teabags, and 1 packet of dry crackers.he lobby smells like urine. We locked our bags in the lockers, which cost 2 euros each locker, one locker took our change and didnt lock so we had to go up the road again to get more money, spoke to management about retrieving the money prior to going to get more change, and we were advised that there was nothing they could do, to take the money out. Im sure eventually someone has to retrieve the money.

  : Everything there for a short weekend trip and well located
  : The apartment was really not super clean and some areas could use a renovation. There were mouldy spots in the shower and the shower itself only let out super hot or cold water. We didnt feel super comfortable there but it was sufficient for one night

  : There was a lift!
  : The place was smaller than described. It was very cramped and felt like a train compartment. The check in procedure was not very clear about A and B units being in different buildings and that you have to go in a U to get to B. We had a late flight and had to keep calling on the number provided to find our apartment because nowhere in the A unit did they mention the location for unit B. The cleaning was not as expected, apartment and utensils both. We didn't even find clean utensils to start with.The towels were either changed or mixed everyday. Didn't appreciate that as well.
