  : Location (very close to the metro, a grocery market, restaurants, main sights, etc), foam mattress and pillows were very comfortable, very well stocked kitchen with everything you’d need, Nespresso machine and capsule coffees were provided, spacious apt and roomy bathroom.
  : I could hear people walking in the unit above but I couldn’t hear my neighbors (there were 3 units on my floor). Lisbon accommodations were a lot more expensive than expected.

  : Everything was good. We were comfortable Few suggestions for you to take forward - Room cleaning in every 2 days- Replacing towels/napkins every day- Keep safebox / locker in room for tourist to keep valuables- Keep 2 blankets on bed- Hot water should be available in evening / night too

  : The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect
  : Complete lack of attention to the customer. We chose this property making sure that late check-in was possible. There was an automatic self check-in machine that required personal data and card to pay. After completing the procedure successfully the machine did not issue the room key telling us that it was impossible to continue check in. The same issue happened to another American couple. No one supported us all night. Followijg day we requested a refund but the manager said in a very rude way that it was only our faukt because the machine was working. We also showed video evidences of what happened but the manager only attacked us in a very rude manner

  : There was nothing good about this apartment, other than it was close to the centre.
  : On arrival we were put in a much smaller inferior apartment than we booked and paid for, with cheap plastic furniture. Despite showing the receptionist our booking confirmation and the pictures of the apartment which we had booked, the receptionist advised that these were old pictures, showing the previous furniture and the pictures are only ‘indicative’ of the type of apartment that you might get. This is clearly deception. We asked to speak to the Management about our concerns, but they never contacted us during our stay. Bookings.com also tried to contact the hotel, but received no response. Our sub standard apartment was stuck right up in the eaves, the bedroom was like a cave as it had the tiniest window you’ve ever seen (5cm x 10cm), long black hairs on the floor and in the shower, broken floor tiles and stained towels. Don’t be fooled by the attractive pictures of the full height double doors in the bedroom leading onto the balcony, I’ve attached a picture to show what you really get! During our Portugal tour we stayed at 10 different hotels through bookings.com and 9 were great, but this one was abysmal. Booking.com were very responsive and helped us as best they could. If you are still in doubt, then go and check the other reviews for this hotel on different sites.
