  : We been tricked into thinking that we are going to have a nice time. Far from it. We spend just 3 days when we had to return home for family emergency. We being Lucy to leave after suffering in some unbearable noise coming from the flat under ours. We stay in flat 5. They were carrying renovation work into the flat below with crazy banging and electric saw noises. Once we arrive we send a message to the owner to complain about the kitchen tap nearly to fall off, dirty oven and lack of basic stuff. We never heard or saw from them.

  : Great location & spacious Appartment, the hosts were quick to respond.
  : Bathroom a bit mouldy, needs a good scrub. The hosts did attend promptly to our request.

  : Excellent location on a quiet street, very close to restaurants, sites, a convenience store, etc. A very comfortable bed, great linens, and fresh bread every morning.
  : Had difficulty finding the place when we first arrived in Lisbon, the street names were confusing with the booking address on one street and the check in address on another.

  : This place was false advertising! It was overall dirty and there was black mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling! I discovered it the morning I had to leave and when I asked for a refund I was ignored. I had the worst time in Lisbon because of this!

  : Everything was as described. Clean and comfortable with good mattress's etc. Fridge was clean and modern and big enough for our stay. Fresh bread delivered to the front door by 9.00am every day (except Sundays). Would not hesitate to recommend to other people looking for a decent apartment.
  : Although not essential but the tv didn't work even after someone came round to fix it. The waste trap fell off the sink in bathroom which unfortunately was full at the time, but this was fixed very quickly and cleaned up and fresh towels were supplied, but these things happen from time to time

  : The location cant be beat, it was walking distance to almost every attraction we visited. We appreciated that they have a luggage room for storage in the event of an early check in/check out.The apartment was pleasantly decorated in a modern style and had the necessary kitchen amenities. A dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Everything was generally clean, apart from the bathroom.
  : Check-in was difficult, as I had to message the host to receive any instructions. When we arrived, the specified apartment number was not at the address provided. I had to call the host 2x, who then provided a new address on the other side of the building. At night and after a long flight, it wasnt pleasant to drag our bags to the new location.When we got into the apartment, the bathroom was much dirtier than expected. The shower looks as if it hadnt been cleaned in some time, mold and mildew were pleasant. There was also mold apartment on part of the bathroom ceiling.

  : It was close to everything. It was comfortable. Loved the daily bread!
  : The kitchen needs more attention !!!! And, more information as to how to get there because its a one way street and dead end. Lots of stairs to get to the building and very narrow and steep stairs.
