  : the only positive part about the apartment was the location, which is right in the touristic center. there are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance and there's easy access to public transport.
  : the apartment was very dirty, the air was humid and musty and there was dust and dead insects everywhere (im allergic to dust so this affects my heart significantly!) further we didn't have any hot water for the biggest part of our stay! we called the helpdesk and after 30 minutes they told us they'd send someone to fix the problem. the problem how ever did NOT get fixed and when we tried to take up contact again they didn't answer anymore. (I added pictures of our conversation with both the host and the people from the helpdesk)
