  : 1. Absolutely bizarre involuntary sustainability policy to impose 15 per towel change within 3 nights. In principle, we are aligned with the ambition. However, for a 4-star hotel, the convenience of someone taking care of our towels and linens is probably a huge reason why guests like us didnt opt for an Airbnb. Voluntary participation such as leave your towels on the floor and our cleaners will help change them, otherwise please help us take care of the environment by hanging your towels and keep using them. 2. The handwritten corrections on the sustainability policy note change the periods to 7 days (for beddings change) and 3 days (for towel change) - make the point above even more bizarre. Simply seems like a plot to charge more. 3. For Lisbon, the food menu price is really steep.
