  : There is a nice supermarket close-by and a beautiful park within walking distance.
  : Our flight arrived at 7h00 and we could not leave our luggage at the apartment itself as there is no reception. We could only go into the room at 15h. We had to leave our luggage at another apartment in the old city (Rue do Crucifixo) I think if I knew this before making the booking I would rather have booked at the other apartments. I know they need to clean the rooms but this was just a bit inconvenient. There is also no lift and the apartments are on the 3rd floor.

  : Only the location of the property. Very close to Marques de Pombal square and Eduardo VII park.
  : The room was very small (room 303). The pictures that are posted on the website are from another room (301) which is bigger. Our friends stayed in room 301, and we stayed in room 303. We paid exactly the same amount, but the difference between the rooms is very significant. Also the bathroom. Very small and tight. The toilet is in front of the sink. You can't stand to wash normally, and the sink is very small, no bigger than two open palms. Our window opened towards a tight space between the property building and an adjacent building, at a distance of about 2 meters. We had no view. This is not shown on the website. On the ground floor of the building next to the property is a restaurant that has the chimney from the kitchen through the space between the two buildings. There was always a kitchen smell and we could not open the window to ventilate it out until after 11:30 p.m. when the restaurant closes. Also, on the floor below the property, there are some families who seem to cook daily, and the very strong smells from the kitchen went up through the ventilation system of the building and invaded our room. The smell was terrible. Daily. Cleaning was done only twice in ten days. In fact, the first time (3 days after our arrival) only our towels were changed. The second time (6 days after our arrival) the cleaning woman finally used the vacuum cleaner.
