  : No one to meet us on arrival. Smell of mould, stained couch, dirty kitchen and bathroom. No door on the bedroom. False advertising with their pictures. Management and staff don't answer complaints or calls. They owe me a refund and wont answer emails

  : The space, the pics are only to see, the space it is not the same, dirty, not comfortable, even the bed, u must go pic ur keys on another adrsss ( ridiculous) u must give some extra money in case of u leave the house dirty.. I will not come back for sure there’s a lot of good places to stay cheaper and comfortable

  : The apartment was located on a small dark street with graffiti covered walls. The stairway up to the apartment had no light as it was broken and not repaired. There was a terrible mould/ damp smell on the stairway and in the apartment. On the second night of our stay we discovered a nest/ infestation of insects/flies growing behind the bedroom door. I rang and messaged 'Homing' reception and sent them pictures of what we discovered and requested we be placed in new accomodation for the duration of our stay. All that was done was a cleaner/ maintenance person was sent to the apartment to clean off the nest but we knew it was a job for a specialist person. In an attempt to clean/ get rid of the nest they spread the insects around the apartment, finding ants and flies etc. on the bed and floor, and the nest/ infestation was starting to regrow on the wall. We couldn't sleep in the bedroom as it was too disgusting, and ended up trying to get some sleep on the sofa which was not practical at all. The day after we had reported the problem, that morning the nest had visibly grown more from the previous evening. When we were checking out they told us they wouldn't compensate us for our stay despite us not being able to sleep in the apartment and living in an insect riddled apartment. We spoke to another member of staff, who was much more shocked at the pictures we had taken of the nest, and asked the photos to be forwarded to the company again so that the matter would be dealt with. We are now home two days from our vacation and have not had any contact from the company that supplied us with our accomodation. It is an absolute disgrace.
