: Location. General condition of the building.
: The door that is supposed to separate the bedroom area doesnt work at all. Upon mandatory checking in the two before (via Houst), we specified that we will need the sofa bed setup - it is not done. And theres no mattress available for us to set up the sofa bed either.

: the location was great.
: pick up for the keys is not convenient. they do not meet you at the place and its a 10 min detour for the cab. you need to notify them of this pick up before hand. they werent easy to talk to and they do not care for your convenience. we had two babies and a tone of luggage but were not understanding. there was an ant infestation and nobody came to deal with it. they kept me waiting as they talked to the team . that was never resolved in 4 days. the microwave would run with the door open! so dangerous. I notified them of this as well and again nobody seemed to take that seriously and it was never delt with they told us AC didnt work a day before arrival. the place was in such a beautiful location but terribly managed.

: location was perfect
: when I booked it said someone would meet us. As we were travelling, I didnt see that upon checkin, it said to pick up key a key nest. we were waiting for someone to come. when I called they confirmed the key pickup and based on the map, I left to walk and pick it up. it was at the top of a steep hill where there is even a lookout. as we had just arrived I didnt have cash to take the funicular but rather walk up the same steep hill. it took me a full hour to get back with the key, not close to the apartment at all. it spoiled my first impression.The air conditioner didnt work. I emailed with no response. I didnt have a cellular plan to call management, very frustrating. Also, there were no instructions for the washer dryer combo. Im had to google for instructions but it didnt really dry anything.
