  : The location is perfect, in Almalfa centre and near to the most famous balconies in Lisboa. The apartment is also very nice and with all necessary staff.

  : We asked for a favor - to leave our suitcase (hand luggage size) somewhere, 'cause check-in's after 4pm. The answer was - "we have no place". As check-out's at 11am, it means our room was free at that time, though I understand they had to clean it up (which they didn't do very well btw)... It was the first time I got that kind of an answer, usually staff helps with this. It was very uncomfortable and ruined our first day, 'cause walking with a suitcase in Lisbon is a dubious pleasure. During the day we had no news, no codes, no info, no nothing from them. It was also impossible to contact them by booking app, they used only whatsapp (it ment sharing my private number wich was strange). At about 4pm we arrived at the place and I started messaging them to get THE CODE TO GET IN... we had to wait for a half an hour on the street, tired and pretty pissed by the time. It wasn't clean inside, hairdryer with no hot air, terribly small bathroom.

  : It was a horrible experience. The gentleman who suppose to give us the key was excusing himself for several hours. We had to wait outside on the street with our son who is just 1 year to wait for the code. He did not answer the phone either. The noise at the building was horrible. Firealarm the whole time and Drillings outside the building. If I suggest Do Not Stay here. No Euro is worth it.

  : The fact that it was so central to so many amenities. Its also in a beautiful night time spot. The bed was the most comfy I have had in a while.
  : The roads are tricky to navigate with a car and even more so if walking up with bags.

  : The location was great, very near the tram and in the old town, but also quiet. Lovely breakfast cafe just around the corner
  : Originally in very small appartment but once upgrade had been sorted we were very happy. When we had problems staff were very helpful

  : .Inadequate customer service with delayed or no reacrivity:no top sheet for the sofa bed in spite of asking on day one. Cleanness was poor with hair on sink sponge and mildew by the shower.Hard to regulate water temperature in the shower. No Wi-Fi access at all before departure.
