: The place itself is very beautiful, high ceiling, nice kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower. The location as well is perfect for exploring Lisbon, either straight out of the door or from the nearby metro station.
: The checking was fine but required us to call someone 30 min before arrival - where I wonder if a keybox would have sufficed for everyone. The host is also not very quick on replying to written messages. Additionally, the place misses some basics. E.g. it has a dishwasher but they don't supply tabs. There was also no soap for hands, or manual dishwashing. No spices/herbs for cooking, and no small towels around the sinks or a cloth to dry dishes. It's small things, but for a short stay these make a big difference on how welcome one feels.

: Location was great, in flat area of the city, 10 min from the city center. Apartment was spacious and cozy.
: Pure comunication with the owner, some dishes was dirty, coffee machine was not working and there was no way to turn on the gas stowe, there was no a lighter.

: The following basic utilities were missing and even after repeatedly asking the staff to arrange for the same they did not bother to reply or provide for the same. So if you plan to book a stay here while on a HOLIDAY be sure to carry the following1. UTENSILS CLEANING LIQUID AND SPONGE2. KITCHEN PLATFORM CLEANING WIPE OR PAPER3.MATCH BOX OR LIGHTER TO BE ABLE TO USE THE GAS STOVE.4. WINE OPENER5. SOAP AND SHAMPOO FOR BATHING.I asked for the above from them but they simply did not bother to reply or provide for the same. I stayed here for 4 nights and still no room cleaning even once during our stay.
