  : great location, good size of the apartment, lots of light in the flat
  : - the door to the property was very thin and there was a hole between the door and a door frame which was a bit uncomfortable in terms of safety but the neighbourhood turned out to be very safe- you enter the bathroom from the kitchen which was quite unusual and the shower was already heavy used, fixed with ducktape in some places- it was a 4th floor with no elevator and very narrow staircase- the balcony was in fact a french balcony. Maybe 20cm wide
