: Great location right near city centre with many restaurants and supermarkets close by and metro stations. Nice decor and cosy apartment, accurate photos, though some things could be addressed like the caulk to tidy it up a bit more and some other small conveniences.
: Very squeaky bed and floorsMattress a bit uncomfortable and too softSome pans provided were not even compatible with induction hobSofa was also not that comfortable but okay I guess for a short stayNo washing up detergent or hand-wash was provided, in many hotel apartments I've stayed in before these were provided and local supermarkets only stocked big packs, having these would be so convenient.Nowhere to hang towel in bathroom, a hook on wall would have been very convenient

: When we check in they asked for 14 euros for cleaning service during our stay. Never sent anyone to clean the room . When i asked they said it was for the cleaning service after we check out. The guy came when we check out was angry and thew the paper on the table when i asked about the cleaning and he told me it was my fault for not following up. We were very uncomfortable when he was there They dont answered the phone when u call them. The area is very noisy at night. Water goes everywhere when you have shower

: The apartment has all the equipment (hot plate, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, iron and washing machine). Host was kind enough to give us the keys a little before 16h.
: However, no coffee capsules were provided (the coffee maker was a very specific brand and we could not even find capsules for this particular brand in the supermarkets nearby). Also there was no hand wash anywhere in the apartment. Given the sanitary conditions, it is the minimum thing that we can provide to travellers. Also no dishwashing liquid was provided, so we had to buy one and we stayed for only 5 days so basically 90% was not used by us.
